加味炙甘草汤合乙吗噻嗪治疗早搏的临床观察

摘　　要：观察应用加味炙甘草汤联合抗心律失常药乙吗噻嗪 (治疗组 )治疗早搏 86例 ,与随机分组的单纯乙吗噻嗪 (对照组 )治疗早搏 78例作疗效对比。结果 :治疗组在消除早搏、改善临床症状方面明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 0 1) ,提示中西药物合用有消除早搏 ,缩短疗程 ,减轻抗心律失常药副反应和降低早搏复发率等作用。Ingredient added Decoction of Prepared Licorice”plus Ethmozine were employed to treat 86 cases of proiosystole(control group),and additional 78 cases were treated by simple Ethmozine(control group);their curative effects were compared.Results showed that the effects in eliminating proiosystole,improving clinical symptoms were better in treatment group than in control group( P <0.05～0 01),indicating that combination of Chinese medicine with western medicine was effective in eliminating proiosystole,shortening courses of disease,abating the negative effects of antiarrhythmic and reducing the relapse of proiosystole.
