摘 要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定川参通注射液中丹参素和原儿茶醛含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Discovery C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温为35℃;流动相为乙腈和0.4%冰醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:281 nm,进样量为5μl。结果丹参素在69.1~1382.0μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.36%(RSD=0.56%);原儿茶醛在5.3~105.6μg·ml-1(r=0.9998)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.13%(RSD=1.48%)。结论本方法结果准确可靠,重复性好,操作简便。Objective To establish a method for determining danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Chuanshentong injection by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was discovery Cls ( 250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.4% acetic acid in gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml .min-1. The detection wavelength was at 281 nm, the column temperature was 35% and the injection volume was 5 1. Results Danshensu showed a good linear relationship within the range of 69.1-1382.0 μg .ml-1 ( r = 0. 9999) and the average recovery was 99.36% (RSD = 0.56% ). Protocatechuic aldehyde showed a good linear relationship within the range of 5.3-105.6 μg ml-1( r = 0. 9998 ) and the average recovery was 98.13% (RSD = 1.48% ). Conclusion This method is reliable, simple and user-friendly.
