摘　　要：目的考察头孢克洛胶囊溶出曲线,评价其内在质量。方法用光纤溶出度实时测定仪实时测定头孢克洛胶囊的溶出曲线,篮法100 r·min-1,溶出介质为900 ml水。结果 6个生产企业样品均在15 min溶出85%以上。结论 6个生产企业头孢克洛胶囊溶出度内在质量较好。Objective To investigate the dissolution curves of cefaclor capsules and evaluate their intrinsic quality. Methods The dissolution curves of cefaclor capsules were determined by the fiber-optic medicine dissolution real time test system with 900 ml water as the menstruum. The speed of the rotating basket was 100 r min-1. Re- suits The dissolutions of six samples from six manufacturers were all up to 85% in 15 minutes. Conclusion Cefaclor capsules from six manufacturers have satisfactory dissolution curves and prove to be of good quality.
