摘　　要：目的建立HPSCE法测定注射用头孢哌酮钠中聚合物的方法。方法用TSK G2000SW色谱柱,在紫外254 nm处检测,以外标法计算聚合物含量,并与《中国药典》2010年版注射用头孢哌酮钠中聚合物测定方法进行比较。结果本方法测定注射用头孢哌酮钠中聚合物的平均含量为0.7%,高于《中国药典》2010年版方法测定结果。结论 HPSCE法测定注射用头孢哌酮钠中聚合物灵敏度高,准确性好,分析速度快,可有效控制注射用头孢哌酮钠聚合物的含量。Objection To establish an HPSEC method to determine the polymer of cefoperazone sodium for injection. Methods The HPSEC system consisted of TSK G2000SW chromatographic column. The detection wave- length was UV254 nm with 0. 005 mol .L - 1 phosphate buffer solution （ pH 7.0 ） as the mobile phase. Results The average content of the polymer of cefradine capsules was 0.7%, which was significantly higher than the result obtained according to CHP2010. Conclusion This HPSEC method is sensitive, accurat and quick. It can be used to control the polymer concent of cefoperazone sodium for injection.
