足背动脉的显微断层解剖及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :为不同部位断足再植提供了理论基础和有关数据。方法 :用体视学方法对 66例成人足背动脉进行了观测。结果 :足背动脉分为四型 ,常见型最多 ,占 86.4 % ,偏外型占 7.6% ,偏内型占 4 .5% ,纤细型占 1 .5%。有弓状动脉者占 4 0 .9% ,弓状动脉出现于第 6、 7、 8断层 ,以第 7断层出现率最高占 1 9.7%。结论 :不同断层平面足背动脉再植吻接时要首选主干动脉 。Objective:To provide theory basis and relative data for replantation of severed feet at different section Method:Dorsal artery of foot in 66 adult cadavers were measured with stereomicroscope Results:The dorsal artery of foot could be classified into four types The first type is common with about 86 4% percent present rate The second type involves of the lateral side of the dorsum with about 7 6% present rate The third type is near the medial side of the dorsum the rate of which is about 4 5% The fourth type is very thin and rare about 1 5% The present rate of arcate artery of dorsal of foot is about 40 9% It presents chiefly at section 6,7,8 The moximum of present rate is about 19 7% at sectional Conclusion:The main artery stem should be anastomosis during the replantation of severed feet at different sections The replantation of dorsal metatarsal arteries at different section should be anastomosed from internal to external
