摘　　要："整体作战法"是禹州治安防控模式中最为突出的亮点。这一举措强调的是整体联动,又名全警联动。由于在命案侦破中的应用十分有效,摘掉了禹州治安形势严峻的落后帽子,成为全市公安各项工作中的主业与核心战法。运用"协同论"的研究范式,对于"整体作战法"和全警联动中的原理和机制给予关注。党的十八大报告中也提出了"协同创新"的新理念,为研究警务创新和治安管控中的"协同-联动"提出了新的思路。The integrated policing strategy is the most prominent point .in the policing mode in Yuzhou city,which emphasizes the overall linkage between the different functions of the police. The mode was so effective that Yuzhou removed the stigma of owning the serious public order condition. The theory and mechanism of the integrat-ed policing strategy is talked about in the article. The new mentality on integration has been put forward at the Eighteenth National Congress of NPC, which will for sure bring about policing innovations in the future.
