摘　　要：从切片干燥、纺丝温度、侧吹风、牵伸温度、变形温度、上油等方面对尼龙66切片纺地毯用膨体变形丝（BCF）的生产工艺进行了分析探讨。结果表明：干燥温度在110~120℃,纺丝温度在298℃左右,侧吹风温度17~25℃,风速0.6~0.8 m/s,牵伸一辊温度90~120℃,牵伸二辊温度210~230℃,变形温度220~240℃,上油率1.4%~1.6%,卷绕速度小于2200 m/min,可生产出质量优良的尼龙66 BCF地毯丝。The production processes of bulked continuous filament （BCF） yarn spun from nylon66 chips regarding chip drying, spinning temperature, side blowing, drawing temperature, texturing temperature and spin-finish application are analyzed and discussed. The results show that the top quality nylon66 BCF carpet yarn can be made with following processing parameters： drying temperature 110-120℃, spinning temperature around 298℃, side blowing temperature 17-25℃, air velocity 0.6-0.8 m/s, drawing godet （I） temperature 90-120℃, drawing godet （II） temperature 210-230℃, texturing temperature 220-240 ℃, oiling rate 1.4 %-1.6 % and winding speed below 2 200 m/min.
