摘　　要：勃起功能障碍是男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征常见并发症,笔者总结近年来相关研究文献,从神经、血管、内分泌等方面对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)与勃起功能障碍(ED)的关系及治疗做一简述。Erectile dysfunction is a common complication of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients. This arti- cle reviews the literature published in recent years to discuss the treatment and relationship between obstructive sleep apnea hy- popnea syndrome （OSAHS） and erectile dysfunction （ED） in terms of nerve, vascular, endocrine and other aspects.
