摘 要:目的通过正交实验的方法摸索压扁的最佳工艺参数,并对比粗碎和压扁两种加工方法对提取的影响。方法以浸出物为指标依据,选择影响压扁工艺的主要因素参数,如:压辊间隙、压辊转速、开机时间、入料快慢等作为为考察对象,设计正交实验因素和水平,结果经过对正交试验实验数据计算发现压扁机压辊间隙为1.5圈,压辊转速34转,入料快慢为挡板全开,为最佳提取参数所得结果为28.6%,高于原工艺试验所得结果27.4%。结论该优化工艺稳定性好,且优于原工艺,可用于南五味子的处理加工处理。Objective The optimum process parameters by orthogonal experimental method for flattening, influence and comparison of coarse crushing and flattening of two kinds of processing methods on extraction. Methods In order to extract as indexes, the main factors affecting the choosing process parameters such as: flattening roller gap,roller speed, starting time, feeding speed as the object for the study, design the orthogonal experiment factors and levels of orthogonal test. Results the calculated data is found in the experiment that crusher roller clearance for 1.5 ring, roller speed 34 turn, feeding speed is a baffle to open, for the optimum extraction parameters obtained results is 28.6%, higher than the results of primary experiments 27. 4 %. Conclusion The stability of the optimization process is good, and better than the original process, can he used for processing the processing of kadsuralongepedunculata.
