摘 要:采用HAAKE流变仪混炼法制备了石墨烯/ABS复合体系,以期提高ABS树脂的阻燃性能,作为对比样,同样方法制备了可膨胀石墨(EG)/ABS复合体系。用扫描电镜(SEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对石墨烯进行了表征,采用氧指数和热重分析(TGA)研究了石墨烯的加入量对ABS树脂阻燃性能的影响。研究结果表明,添加石墨烯后,复合体系的氧指数由纯ABS树脂的21%上升到24.8%,且比相同含量的EG提高得更多;石墨烯质量分数为3%时,复合材料的拉伸强度、弹性模量由纯ABS的37.81MPa、1123MPa提高到40.84MPa、1368MPa。To improve the fire resistance performance of ABS resin, graphene/ABS composite was prepared by a melt blending method in HAA_KE rheometer. In a control experiment, expandable graphite(EG) / ABS composite was produced by the same step . The produced graphene was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron rnicroscopy(TEM), and the effect of graphene addition on the fire resistance property of ABS resin was investigated by thermogravimetic analysis (TGA). The results show that the oxygen index of the graphene/ABS composite ascends to 24.8% , which is higher than that of pure ABS resin(21%), also it increases much more than that of EG/ABS composite containing the equal quantity of EG. At the same time, the tensile- strength and Young's modulus of graphene/ABS composite with 3% graphene rise to 40.84 MPa and 1368 MPa respectively, while those of pure ABS resin are 37.81 MPa and 1123 MPa.
