摘　　要：目的探讨老年性结肠癌合并糖尿病患者围术期特点与护理干预效果。方法本次实验以我科所收治的80例老年性结肠癌合并糖尿病患者为实验对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均接受常规护理,实验组患者在此基础上接受系统的护理干预,对比分析两组患者的临床护理效果。结果经过临床护理,实验组患者的手术耐受性、术后血糖值、住院时间、并发症发生率等指标都显著优于对照组患者,两组患者的实验数据对比具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论本次实验结果表明,老年性结肠癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期在常规临床护理基础上,实施系统性护理干预,具有较为理想的护理效果,临床应用价值较高。Objective to investigate senile colon cancer with diabetes patients perioperative features and nursing intervention effect. Methods The experiment in my family were the 80 cases of senile patients with colon cancer with diabetes for experimental object, randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, two groups of patients were accepted routine care, the patients on the basis of the accepted system of nursing intervention, a comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results After clinical care, the patients of surgery and postoperative blood glucose tolerance value, length of hospital stay, complications and index was significantly superior to control group patients, two groups of patients with experimental data contrast has significant statistical difference （/＇〈0.05）. Conclusion The experimental results show that senile colon cancer with diabetes patients perioperative in routine clinical care, based on the implementation of systemic nursing intervention, has the ideal nursing effect, high clinical value
