摘 要:以牛血清白蛋白(BSA),Tris-HCl缓冲溶液和硝酸铅Pb(NO3)2配成的含铅模拟血液作为研究对象,采用电化学的方法去除模拟血液中的大分子BSA-铅配合物。实验先采用透析技术去除模拟血液中游离的铅离子和小分子的铅配合物对实验的干扰,然后通过电化学的方法使大分子BSA-铅配合物解离,解离后铅离子在电场作用下在阴极处被还原去除。在直流电场(6V.cm-1)处理8小时后,模拟血液中大分子铅配合物的去除率为45%,证明电化学法能使大分子BSA-铅配合物解离,从而去除模拟血液中的铅。The simulative blood which consisted of BSA,Tris-HC1 buffer solution and lead nitrate was prepared as the research object. Maeromolecular complexes of BSA with lead in the simulative blood were removed by electrochemistry method. In order to remove the interference, small-molecule lead complexes and free lead ions were firstly removed by dialysis, then macremolecular complexes of BSA with lead were dissociated by electrochemical method. Under the action of electric field, the free lead ions were reduced and removed at the cathode. The removal rate of macromolecular complexes of BSA with lead in the simulative blood was 45% by 8 hour electrolysis on a direct current electric field(6V·cm^-1). It was proved by experiment that macromolecular complexes of BSA with lead could be dissociated and lead was removed from the simulative blood using electrochemical method.
