摘　　要：数字化教学与学习环境建设是高校数字化校园建设的核心内容,利用开发工具PHP和MySQL开发出数字化网络教学平台网站,主要包括教学资源、在线辅导、在线测试和前沿知识等模块。通过多媒体技术和网络技术,实现了教学资源和信息资源的共享与传播,同时促进主动式、协作式及研究型学习活动的开展,从而形成开放、高效的教学模式,有效促进学生学习兴趣和效率的提高,培养学生解决问题、自主学习、实践和创新的能力。The digital teaching and learning environment construction is the core content of the digital campus. The digital net work teaching platform website has been developed using tools of PHP and MySQL,it mainly includes the modules of teaching re sources, online tutor, online test and frontier knowledge. It realizes the resources sharing of teaching resources and information re sources by means of the multimedia and network technology. And it promotes active, cooperative and research learning activities at the same time, that forms an open and effective teaching mode, can improve learning interest and efficiency and cultivate the abili ties of autonomous learning, problem solving, practice and innovation.
