摘  要:目的探讨磁共振SPGR—T2 WI序列的T2 值与体外不同时期高铁血红蛋白(MHB)含量之间的关系,以及利用T2 值鉴别出血分期的可能性。方法分别对10名志愿者采集动脉血10mL后立即注人管内,定期每12h进行SPGR—T2 WI序列、TIWI序列、T2WI序列、T2-FLAIR序列、DWI序列、ESWAN序列扫描,并在同时间段对平行样本进行生化分析,记录总血红蛋白(HB)及MHB含量,计算不同时期实验室标本的T2值、并进行统计学分析。结果MHB的含量是动态增加的,并没有严格的分期界限,96h前信号变化也是逐渐发生的,出血标本的MHB含量与T2值呈正相关,96~132h之间呈动态变化,132h后T2 值骤然下降。结论T2 值与MHB的含量在一定范围内有很明显的相关性,但是用SPGR—T2 WI定量分析法鉴别出血分期存在困难。Abstract: Objective To explore dynamic relation between T2 values of SPGR-T2 WI sequence and content of methemoglobin (MHB) in vitro at different stages, and to identify the possibility of bleeding stages by using T2 values. Methods 10 mL radial artery blood samples from 10 volunteers are respectively collected and injected into tubes immediately. Each blood sample is scanned by SPGR- T2 WI sequence, T 1WI sequences, T2WI sequences, T2-FLAIR sequences, DWI sequences and ESWAN every 12 hours, and biochemical analysis of parallel samples is taken at the same time. The content of hemoglobin and MHB is recorded. T2 value is calculated and analyzed statistically in different periods. Results The MHB content is increased dynamically, and there is no strict boundaries of stage, where the signal change has occured gradually before 96 hours.MHB content of blood samples is positively related to T2 values, and shows dynamic change during 96-132 h. T2 values abruptly decline after 132 hours. Conclusion MHB content is positively related to T2 values in a certain range, but it is difficult to identify bleeding stages by using quantitative study of SPGR-T2 WI.
