摘  要:目的本研究根据车载低温冰箱的勤务功能和使用要求,对压缩机选用的无刷直流电动机符合战技指标要求,设计了相应的控制系统。方法通过详细分析"反电势法"无刷直流电机控制原理,设计基于反电动势法的无位置传感无刷直流电机控制系统。电路各组成部分均采用软硬件抗干扰措施。结果车载低温冰箱制冷采用了无刷直流电机压缩机,它体积小、制冷效率高,且克服了传统压缩机防震性能较差的缺陷,可满足血液冷藏和成分血转运的要求,是制冷技术发展的新方向。结论采用无位置传感器无刷直流电机驱动压缩机制冷技术研制的车载低温冰箱可适应各种恶劣且复杂的条件,具有较高的理论意义和实用价值。可为军队战时和平时低温物品的供应提供有力的装备和物质保障。Abstract: Objective Based on the service requirements of vehicle low-temperature refrigerator, this paper puts forward the tactical & technical indexes and control system for the brushless DC motor (BLDCM). Methods By detailing the control principle of “back-emf” BLDCM, the control system for back-cmf-mcthod-bascd BLDCM without position sensor is designed, and components of the circuit and the anti-jam measures for software and hardware are introduced. Results The vehicle low-temperature refrigerator with bmshless DC compressor is gifted with small volume, high refrigeration efficiency and anti-knock performance, and thus can be used for blood refrigeration and blood components transportation, which means the trend for the development of refrigeration technology. Conclusion The vehicle low-temperature refrigerator, using BLDCM without position sensor, can adapt itself to the harsh and complicated environment, which is theoretically and practically significant for military low- temperature issue suolply at wartime and peacetime:
