摘　　要：目的开发医院超劳补助分配系统,用于医院在全成本核算要求基础上进行各科室对超劳补助进行二次分配,同时对分配情况进行集中监管。方法采用SOA架构及.NET技术,设计并实现了基于Web服务的医院超劳补助分配系统。结果通过自动化手段杜绝了手工录入数据时可能出现的错误,提高了超劳补助分配的准确性,同时实现了对超劳补助分配结果进行监管的目的。结论该系统为医院超劳补助分配提供了便利,方便科室的同时也规范了管理,取得良好效果。Objective To develop the allowance distribution system which is planned to be used in making secondary distribution based on comprehensive cost accounting of hospitals while intensively supervising the distribution. Methods Designed and implemented the allowance distribution system based on Web services by using SOA architecture and .NET technology, Results This system can avoid manual mistakes and increase the accuracy of the allowance distribution, and achieve the purpose of supervising distribution results by using automation device. Conclusion This system provides convenience for the allowance distribution and facilitates many departments while standardizing management, which shows that the system has achieved good effect in hospitals.
