大型医疗设备保障决策的若干问题探讨

摘　　要：随着临床医学的诊治疗越来越依赖于大型医疗设备,给临床医学工程师在大型医疗设备保障上提出了更高的要求,大型医疗设备的保障必须建立一种分级维修服务管理体系,采用多元化维修模式。维修决策中应遵循效率、质量和经济原则。本文介绍了大型医疗设备保障中面临的挑战以及保障模式的选择,并总结了维修决策中应遵循的几个原则。As diagnosis and treatment in the field of clinical medicine are increasingly dependent on large-scale medical equipment, clinical medical engineers have been confronted with challenges in service and maintenance of large-scale medical equipment. Hence, it is of great necessity to establish a classification-based service management system with adoption of multiple service modes and take efficiency, quality and economy into account in maintenance of large-scale medical equipment. This paper introduces the challenges of quality assurance of large-scale medical equipment, and accordingly puts forward the assurance methods, also summarizes the principles of making maintenance decisions.
