中耳胆脂瘤CT表现与MMP-2、MMP-9表达的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨中耳胆脂瘤CT表现与基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在组织中表达的关系。方法采用免疫组化法对50例中耳胆脂瘤标本MMP-2、MMP-9的表达进行检测,分析与其CT表现的关系。结果中耳胆脂瘤CT显示听小骨不同破坏范围及程度,各组中MMP-2、MMP-9的表达差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论胆脂瘤中MMP-2、MMP-9的表达与听小骨的破坏程度呈正相关关系,可成为中耳胆脂瘤预后不良的标志。Objective To study the relationship between CT performance of middle ear cholesteatoma and expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2） and matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9）. Methods Tested the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 by immunohistochemieal method in 50 cases of middle ear cholesteatoma, and analyzed its correlation with CT performance. Results Different extent of damage of auditory ossicle was displayed by cholesteatoma tympanitis CT. There is significant difference in the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 （P〈0.001）. Conclusion MMP-2, MMP-9 expression in cholesteatoma is positively related to the degree of ossicular destruction, and can be treated as poor prognostic markers of cholesteatoma tympanitis.
