摘 要:目的了解CT检查中不同的防护方法、患者非检查部位辐射剂量的差异,选择最有效的防护方法。方法应用标准水模,采用幼儿胸部及成人鼻窦扫描方式,分别测量检查部位以外不加防护、单面遮盖铅床单、双面遮盖铅床单辐射剂量。结果经过测量得出,单面遮盖可以使患者非检查部位辐射剂量减少60%以上;双面遮盖则减少80%以上。结论工作人员运用正确、有效的防护方法,在患者条件允许的情况下,采用双面防护的方法,可保障患者受到的辐射剂量最小。Objective To understand different protection methods in CT examination, X-ray radiation dosage differences for non inspection areas, so as to choose the most effective protection method. Methods Applying standard water phantom, scanning mode of children chest and adults paranasal sinus were used to measure absorbed dose of inspection area outside without protection, single cover lead sheet, double cover lead sheet. Results After measurement, single cover lead sheet can make dose of non inspection area be reduced by more than 60%, double cover could be reduced by 80%. Conclusion Workers could use the right effective protection method, in the case of patients with conditions allow, make use of the double protection method thus ensuring minimum radiation dose.
