摘  要:提出一种基于Matlab图像处理技术的胶黏物检测模型,将含有胶黏物的浆料抄片后扫描成图像,利用Matlab语言编制图像分析及面积计算程序对其进行分析计算,求得纸浆中胶黏物含量;并对纸厂针叶木浆料用模型进行实例分析,结果测定快速、准确,为实际生产中浆料中胶黏物含量检测提供帮助。A detection model for stickles in papermaking was put forward on the basis of Matlab image processing techniques. The pulp containing stickies was made into paper sheet and then scanned into images; the images were analyzed and calculated by using procedures of image analysis and area calculation compiled from Maflab language; after the analysis and calculation, the content of stickles in the pulp would be acquired. The model was analyzed by using the softwood pulp in paper mill as a living example. As a result, rapid and accurate detecting data was obtained so that a useful detection model would be offered for stickies in the actual manufacture.
