摘  要:用芳纶纸基材料制备的蜂窝结构材料是一种重要的航空材料。由于芳纶纤维自身的结构特点使其在水介质中易絮聚,纤维的分散性能成为影响纸页成形和纸页强度的重要因素之一。作为一种高性能的航空材料,匀度尤为重要,而由于纸张和浆料复杂性给跨学科研究带来了极大的困难。迄今为止,国际上尚无统一的匀度评价方法。本文采取一种结合计算机视觉的改进梯度指数法对芳纶纸的匀度进行了检测和分析识别,对匀度的检测方法进行了研究和探索。结果表明,该法可以用来表征纸页的匀度,其结果具有较高的可比性,同时可以提高检测方法的准确性和实时性。The honeycomb structure material made of para aramid paper is a kind of important aviation materials, while due to the structure characteristics of aramid fiber, it is rather easily flocculated in water medium, thus the fiber dispersion performance has become one of the important factors which would influence sheet forming and sheet strength. Therefore, the uniformity is particularly important for para aramid fiber as a kind of high performance aviation material. But on the other hand, there is not a standard international uniformity evaluation method. A novel gradient index method combined of computer vision technology was used to test and analyze the uniformity of aramid sheet in this paper. The results showed that the method could be used to characterize the uniformity of sheet, and it has a high comparability, and at the same time this detection method can improve the accuracy and velocity.
