摘  要:以含氢硅油、烯丙基聚醚酯和烯丙基聚醚为原料,异丙醇为溶剂,在氯铂酸催化剂作用下,合成了一种有机硅消泡剂——聚醚酯、聚醚共改性聚硅氧烷。用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)表征了其结构,并通过单因素实验考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度对Si-H键转化率的影响。结果表明:在反应温度为90℃,硅氢与双键摩尔比n(Si-H):n(C=C)为1:1.2,氯铂酸催化剂用量为20μg.g-1,反应时间为5.5h的工艺条件下,转化率可达92.4%,应用测试表明其消抑泡性能优于市售同类产品。A new kind silicone defoamer, allyl-poly (ether-ester) and allyl-ployether modified silicone defoamer, were prepared from polyhydrosiloxane, poly (ether-ester), polyether in the presence of platinum-acid catalyst. The chemical structure was characterized by infrared spectrum (IR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1HNMR). The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: reaction temperature is 90℃, the molar ratio of Si-H to carbon double-linked is 1:1.2, the amount of catalyst is 20μg.g-1, and reaction time is 5.5 h. Its defoaming and foam suppression performance was superior to that of common commercial product.
