摘　　要：目的探讨焦作市矿工心理健康状况及其影响因素,为实施有效的心理干预提供参考数据。方法采用基本信息量表和焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对678名矿工的心理健康状况及其影响因素进行调查。结果矿工SAS、SDS自评总分均高于全国常模的分(t=16.749,12.757;P<0.01),焦虑检出180人(26.5%),抑郁检出245人(36%)。影响矿工心理健康的主要因素:工种(F=7.116,6.941;P=0.001)、每天工作时间(F=8.355,P=0.000;F=3.633,P=0.013)、性别(F=5.000,P=0.026;F=1.185,P=0.277)、户籍来源(F=2.963,P=0.086;F=4.655,P=0.031)、月收入(F=3.449,P=0.016;F=1.930.P=0.123)等。结论焦作部分矿工存在不同程度的心理问题,工种和每天工作时间是最主要的影响因素。Objective To explore Jiaozuo mine workers＇ mental health status and its influencing factors,in order to provide ref- erence data for effective mental intervation. Methods A total of 678 mine workers were tested with the basic information question- naire,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）and self-rating depression scale （SDS）. Results The miners＇ anxiety and depression scores were higher than the national norm （t= 16. 749,12. 757;P=0. 01 ）. The detection number of anxiety and depression were 180 （26.5%）and 245（36%）. The main influencing factors of mental health factors of the miners were working type （F= 7. 116, 6. 941; P=0. 001）,working hour per day（F= 8. 355,3. 633~P=0.05） ,gender（F= 5. 000,P=0. 026;F= 1. 185,P= 0. 277）, household（F= 2. 963,P=0. 086 F=4. 655,P=0. 031）,sources of income（F： 3. 449,P=0. 016;F= 1. 930,P：0. 123）etc. Con clusion There are a considerable part of miners who have many different degree of psycho-problems,working type and working hour per day are the most important influencing factors.
