摘　　要：目的考评亚健康评定量表(SHMS V1.0)应用于城镇居民亚健康状态测量的信度、效度。方法选取天津1110名、潮汕650名、安徽铜陵480名共2240名城镇居民进行亚健康状况的流行病学调查,考评SHMSV1.0应用于城镇居民亚健康状态测量的信度、效度及反应度。结果 SHMS V1.0的重测信度为0.995;Cronbachα系数为0.916;分半信度为0.770。各维度得分与其所属子量表得分呈现较高的相关性,而与其他子量表得分呈现较低的相关性;各条目得分与其所在维度得分的相关性较高,而与其他维度得分的相关性低。因子分析得到11个因子归于9个维度,这与SHMS V1.0理论构想基本一致。SHMS V1.0总得分与SF-36总分的相关系数为0.790。天花板/地板效应显示SHMS V1.0具有较灵敏的反应度。结论应用SHMSV1.0评价城镇居民亚健康状态可靠、有效且灵敏度高。Objective To assess the reliability and validity about SHMS V1.0 for measuring the sub-health of urban residents. Methods Sampling 2240 individuals including 1110 residents from Tianjin,650 residents from Chaoshan and 480 residents from Anhui Tongling to perform on the reliability,validity and responsiveness about SHMS V1.0 for measuring the sub-health of urban residents. Results The test-retest reliability of SHMS V1.0 was 0. 995（P^0. 001） ,Cronbaeh＇s a coefficient was 0. 916,the split- half reliability was 0. 770. Dimension scores correlated significantly with its subscale,and low correlation with other subscale. And there were high correlations between each item of SHMS V1.0 and its dimension ,but a low correlation between items and other di- mension. The factor analysis gave 11 factors which could be divided into 9 dimensions that matched the original theoretical concep- tion about SHMS V1.0. The correlation coefficient between SHMS V1.0 and SF-36 was 0. 790（P〈0. 001）. The ceiling and floor effect revealed high sensitive. Conclusion SHMS V1.0 is a reliable,valid and sensitive measurement scale for measuring the sub- health of urban residents.
