基于国防生视角的选培办干部素质特征

摘  要:目的基于国防生视角探讨选培办干部的素质特征。方法在文献分析、开放式问卷基础上编制问卷对374名国防生进行调查。结果①问卷由38个项目组成,包括军政素养、奉献精神等6个因素,解释总变异的54.723%;全问卷的Cronbachs'α系数为0.898;各因子间的相关在0.398~0.713之间,与总问卷的相关在0.593~0.718之间;②理科与文科国防生在奉献精神、沟通协调、工作态度上存在差异(t=2.237,5.846,3.371;P<0.01或P<0.05);国防生骨干与非骨干在军政素养、奉献精神、沟通协调、知识技能维度上存在差异(t=3.354,2.323,3.621,2.646;P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论国防生对选培办干部整体素质要求较高;文科国防生和非国防生骨干更看重选培办干部的奉献精神、沟通协调等素质。Objective To explore the competence characteristics of the selection and training officers based on the evaluation of national defense students. Methods Literature analysis and open questionnaire were used to compile questionnaire ,this paper con- ducted a survey of 374 national defense students. Results (~)The questionnaire was consisted of 38 items including 6 factors such as military and political accomplishment,dedication and so on, the total Cronbachs's ~ was 0. 898, and the correlation coefficient were between 0. 398 and 0. 713. the correlation coefficient between each factor and total questionnaire were between 0. 593 and 0. 718, P~ 0.01. ~)There were significant differences between science and arts students in dedication, communication, work atti- tude;There were significant differences between the cadres and average students in military and political accomplishment,dedica- tion ;communication and knowledge skills. Conclusion The national defense students demand high qualities of the selection and training officers' competence characteristics;the general national defense students in liberal arts pay more attention on dedication, communication.
