摘 要:目的探讨高职生职业成熟度及其影响因素。方法采用中国大学生职业成熟度量表对598名唐山理工类高职生进行问卷调查。结果①高职生职业成熟度总分均分超出理论中值;②男生职业目标得分高于女生、职业价值得分低于女生(t=3.854,-2.712;P<0.01);不同年级学生职业目标、职业价值、亲友依赖和职业参照得分存在差异(F=16.202,5.691,2.572,3.161;P<0.05);不同专业学生职业目标、职业价值、亲友依赖存在差异(F=14.550,5.870,4.474;P<0.05);独生子女职业自主低于非独生子女(t=-3.539,P<0.001);不同家庭收入学生职业自信存在差异(F=3.194,P<0.05)。结论唐山高职生职业成熟度水平较高,职业教育有利于提高其职业成熟度水平。Objective To explore the condition of career maturity of higher vocational college students in Tangshan and analyze its influencing factor. Methods A total of 598 science and engineering students in higher vocational colleges were investigated by Career Maturity Inventory. Results (1)Students' career maturity average points was beyond the median of theory (2)Boys' occupa- tion goals scores were higher than girls' (t = 3. 854, P〈0. 01), occupation value scores were lower than girls' (t =-2. 712, P〈 0.01)The different grade students' scores of occupation target,value and reference, friends and relatives dependent were different (F= 16. 202,5. 691,2. 572,3. 161 ;P〈0.05) ;The only-child's occupation independent was lower than non-only child (t=-3. 539, P〈0. 001)The different family income students' occupation confidence was different(F:3. 194,P〈0.05). Conclusion Higher vocational college students' career maturity level is high, occupation education is conducive to the promotion of occupation maturity level.
