摘  要:在Na2SiO3-NaOH电解液体系下,对不同Mg含量的5005、5052、5754及5A05铝合金进行等离子体电解氧化。通过测试陶瓷层厚度及显微硬度,并借助SEM和XRD分析陶瓷层的微观形貌及相组成,对Mg元素的影响进行了研究。结果表明:在w(Mg)<2.5%时,Mg元素对氧化铝的高温转变具有极大的阻碍作用,显微硬度随Mg含量升高而下降;而在w(Mg)>2.5%时,Mg元素在一定程度上表现为促进α-Al2O3的形成,但效果不明显,陶瓷层显微硬度缓慢增加。Plasma electrolytic oxidation on 5005,5052,5754 and 5A05 aluminum alloy with different magnesium content has been produce with Na2 SiO3-NaOH electrolyte. The effect of magnesium content on thickness and micro-hardness of ceramic coatings have been inspected. The effect of magnesium content on phase composition and micro-morphology of ceramic layer have been analyzed by SEM and XRD. Results show that the magnesium ele- ment has great obstruction effects on high temperature transform of aluminum oxide while the magnesium is less than 2.5 % (w), the micro-hardness decreased with the increasing of Mg content; however, it promoted the formation of cx-A12 03 to a certain degree while magnesium element is higher than 2.5 % (w) , but the effect is not obvious and micro-hardness of ceram- ic layer increased slowly.
