摘　　要：文章综述了健康对产出和效用的影响的相关研究。健康对个人的重要性毋庸置疑,然而健康对宏观经济的影响还未能得到一致的令人信服的结论。健康进入效用函数也具有直觉上的合理性,但是健康如何影响效用在学术界也未能达成共识。3个可能的前进方向是:(1)使用更多的微观数据来证实健康对个人收入的影响机制以及各种机制下影响程度的大小;(2)在一般均衡的框架下分析各种机制的共同作用;(3)克服测度状态依赖性时面临的困难,更可信的估计状态依赖性的符号的大小。It reviews related study about the effect of health on production and utility. There is no doubt that health is important to everyone, but there is still no credible conclusion about its effect on macroeconomic. It is intuitively reasonable that health has been included in utility function, but there is also still no consensus on how health influences on utility. Three possible directions of progress are followed： （1） Use more micro-evidence to confirm the mechanism effect of health on individual income and the magnitude of every mechanism; （2） Analyze the overall effect of all mechanism under a general balanced framework; （3） overcome the measurement difficulty of state dependence and estimate the sign of state dependence more convincingly.
