摘　　要：目前,我国医疗资源配置呈现"倒三角"模式。从表面上看,上述"倒三角"模式是城乡居民在医疗服务可及性上不平等反映。实质上,是政府和市场在医疗资源配置方面双失灵的必然结果。从门诊空间布局入手,促进各级医疗机构实行垂直专业化分工,是优化我国医疗资源配置的正确途径。Chinese medical resources space layout is the pattern of inverted triangle now. Superficially it reflected inequality of urban and rural dwellers in accessibility of medical service.Virtually it is inevitable result that government and market are both out of order in medical resources allocation. It is right way of optimization medical resources allocation that promotes vertical specialization of different levels hospitals by outpatient service space layout.
