摘　　要：文章主要就乡镇卫生院债务产生的原因、化解债务的方法及其下一步如何规范管理进行分析与研究,确保国家基本药物制度和绩效工资在乡镇卫生院顺利实施。As public institutions, township hospitals have financial history of too many outstanding loans, most township hospitals are in debt. The debt of township hospitals can help to improve health economic management level, promote the sustained and healthy development of medical and health services, which has very important significance. It analyzes and researches the reason of the township hospital debt, how to resolve the debt and the next step on how to be standardized, to ensure the smooth implementation of the national essential medicine system and merit pay in the township hospitals.
