摘 要:为了进一步缩短宝钢不锈钢五机架冷连轧焊缝头尾厚度超差长度,对原FGC技术在焊缝轧制过程中各工艺参数过渡策略及控制技术存在的不足进行分析,并基于金属秒流量相等原理,提出了新的优化原则,确定了新的工艺参数过渡策略。优化后的FGC技术不仅使焊缝过渡更稳定,断带率更低,而且还缩短了焊缝头尾厚度超差长度,提高了成材率,可为五机架冷连轧机类似机组和热轧机FGC控制技术优化提供借鉴。In order to shorten the offgauge length between top and tail on welded seam during normal production of five stand cold rolling mill in Baosteel Stainless Co., Ltd., in this paper, the strategy of process parameters transition and the technical shortage about old flying gauge control (FGC) are ana lyzed. According to the principle of metal mass flow equation, a new control principle and a new strate gy of process parameters of FGC are developed. After the application of new strategy to the line,it not only makes the transition more stable and the ratio of strip breakage lower, but also the length of off gauge is shortened and the percent of pass of strip gauge is higher. It can provide a reference for five stand cold roiling mill similar unit and optimization of FGC on hot rolling mill.
