摘  要:为了实现AOD炉的在线连续测温,研制了一种红外比色非接触测温系统。在不影响原功能的基础上改造底枪风口作为测温口。针对底枪喷吹导致的降温情况,利用底吹风口灰体理论,通过对喷口处灰体腔的功能转换分析,推导了温度补偿模型,现场运行表明该模型能很好地补偿喷吹导致的温度测量误差。系统具有结构精简,测温精度高,使用寿命长,连续在线测量等特点。利用测得的精确温度,能更好地控制熔炼过程,提高温度的终点命中率。This study develops a noncontact IR colorimetric pyrometry system for AOD converter in order to realize the online measurement of temperature continuously. The bottom lance is transformed for temperature measurement, without affecting the original function. The bottom outlet gray theory is developed based on the cooling situation, and the temperature compensation model is derived from ana lyzing the conversion between work and energy in grey body cavity at the nozzle. The field operations show that the model can compensate the measurement errors of temperature caused by injection. The system incorporates features such as simple structure, high accuracy, durability and continuity. It can control the smelting process better and improve the hit rate at the end point with accurate measurement of the temperature.
