摘　　要：文章在对世界著名科技政策研究学者和竞争情报理论开拓者——斯蒂文·德迪约教授生平及其社会情报思想形成过程的简要阐述基础上,全面总结了社会情报的理论研究与实践进展以及对情报学理论体系发展的影响,认为德迪约教授在拓展情报学理论研究领域、推动发展中国家建立与其自身发展水平相适应的"经济—技术情报"服务体系等方面做出了杰出贡献。Basis of brief expounded Steven Dedijer professor＇ life who is the world - renowned science technology policy researchers and the theory pioneers of competitive intelligence and the formation process of his social intelligence thinking ,the article comprehensively sums up the progress of social intelligence theory research ,practice and the impact on the development of information science theory system, and thinks Dedijer professor made an outstanding contribution on that was expanded the research areas of information science and that was push forward to establish＂economy - technology intelligence ＂ service system suitable its own level of development in developing countries.
