摘 要:文章将创新自我效能感理论引入嵌入式馆员的服务创新研究中,探析创新自我效能感对馆员融入教学过程、嵌入科研用户和学习共享空间等工作绩效的影响和发挥,提出优化服务创新环境、鼓励馆员参加继续教育和培训、利用绩效评估机制激励馆员服务创新是图书馆提高嵌入式馆员创新自我效能感的有效策略。This paper introduces theory of self - efficacy to creative research of embedded librarians' service, explores effects of self - efficacy on work performance of librarians' engagement in teaching process, embedded scientific research users and learning commons. And then , the author puts forward the effective strategies to improve embedded librarians' creative self - efficacy, which are optimizing creative service environment and encouraging librarians' participation in further education and training as well as taking advantage of work performance appraisal.
