摘　　要：在行政复议公信力危机日益严重的情况下,我国开始了行政复议委员会的试点。从行政复议委员会在韩国和我国台湾地区的运行情况以及我国实行行政复议委员会试点前后的实践效果来看,在我国确立行政复议委员会制度是合理的。行政复议委员会在我国尚不成熟,应从理顺行政复议委员会与行政复议机关的关系、人员组成、审议程序等方面予以完善。Under the circumstances of growing administrative reconsideration credibility crisis, China began to launch pilots of administrative reconsideration committee. To evaluate from the committee operation condition in South Korea and Taiwan as well as the practice effect before and after the pilots, it is reasonable to establish the administrative reconsideration committee system in China. Nevertheless for its immaturity, improvement should be taken in aspects of relationship between the committee and the administrative organ, composition and reconsideration procedure, etc.
