摘 要:研究船舶锅炉的性能优化问题,针对传统锅炉控制和分析方法不能反映全工况动态特性,提出将船用自然水循环锅炉划分为汽筒、炉膛、水冷壁、对流蒸发管束、下降管和过热器六个模块,并在一定的假设和简化条件下,采用模块化建模方法建立全工况数学模型。利用建立的模型对某型自然水循环锅炉进行仿真研究,通过仿真结果和实测值的对比,证明模型能够真实地反映实际对象的稳态与动态特性,具有较高的计算精度,可为自然水循环锅炉的性能研究、运行优化及控制策略的制定提供一定的参考。Study the performance optimization of marine drum-boiler. Response to the problem that the traditional control and analysis methods can not reflect the full-scale dynamic characteristics of drum-boilers, the paper pro- posed a method which divides the whole marine natural recirculation drum-boile into six modules, including drum, combustor, water wall, convective evaporation pipe bundles, decline pipes and superheater, and adopted the modular modeling method to estabilshed the full-scale mathematic model under some reasonable hypothesis and simplifica- tions. The established model was adopted to study a certain type natural recirculation drum-boiler. By contrasting the simulative results with real values, we found that the established model possesses good precision and can factually re- flect the steady and dynamic characteristics of real objects. The work can provide some references for the performance analysis, operation optimization and control strategy development of natural recirculation drum-boilers.
