摘 要:维修中心对客户周期性的预防性维修通常只针对单设备进行优化,很少考虑维修车辆的调度问题,因此所得的方案往往不具有操作性。根据设备的故障规律,在研究合理的预防维修次数、维修间隔的前提下,充分考虑维修车辆的调度问题,对维修中心的成本因素进行分析并在满足设备可靠性的基础上建立了维修中心的成本最小化模型。通过仿真分析,得到最优的预防性维修次数,维修间隔和维修车辆路径,证明了模型的可行性和科学性,为维修中心的周期性预防维修提供决策支持。Maintenance center only assumes single equipment for periodic preventive maintenance optimization without considering the scheduling problem of maintenance vehicles so that the proposed models are less practical in practical applications. A number of preventive maintenance and maintenance intervals were studied according to the law of equipment failure. The scheduling problem of maintenance vehicles was considered, the cost factors of the ma- intenance center were analyzed, and the maintenance cost model of maintenance center was built based on the relia- bility of the equipment. By simulation, the optimal number of preventive maintenance, maintenance intervals and the route of maintenance vehicle were analyzed. The numerical example proves that the proposed method is scientific and feasible. The study provides a decision supporting for the periodic preventive maintenance.
