摘　　要：出版活动是一项既有文化意义又有经济意义的社会活动,在出版活动中积极开发和利用数字出版信息资源具有重要意义,既能促进人们在社会生活中信息的交流共享,也能引导出版产业的发展壮大,还能在出版企业的生产经营中发挥重要作用。Publication activities not only possesses the meaning of culture but also the significance economy. Developing and utilizing publication resource in the process of publication have an important significance. It can promote people to share information with each otherand guide the publication industry development. Whet＇ s more, publication activities play on important role in publishing production and business operation. In a word, it is important to society, publication industry and publication enterprise.
