摘　　要：简述国外图书零售价格维持的历史与现状,依据国内外相关法律政策和司法判例阐述图书零售价格维持合法性的判断原则,概述图书零售价格维持的反垄断效果规范分析,从而得出中国版图书零售价格维持(或者图书限折)不能获得反垄断豁免之结论。This paper briefly introduces the history and status quo of book＇ s resale price maintenance in different countries, and outlines principles to evaluate book＇s resale price maintenance under the home and abroad antitrust laws, policies and judicial precedents. It also analyzes the effects of book＇ s resale price maintenance. Finally, it concludes that book＇ s resale price maintenance in China could not be exempted from antitrust rules.
