摘　　要：首先界定网络科技期刊质量的含义,其次以过程为线索,根据网络科技期刊作业流程不同环节的作用对象和目标,对网络科技期刊质量构成要素进行全面分解,提出"内容质量""表观质量""传播质量""服务质量"四大构成方面,进而对这四大构成方面的内涵及具体质量要求进行系统分析,从而遵循从一般到具体的逻辑思路层层剖析网络科技期刊质量的新内涵。Firstly, this paper defined the online scientific journal. Secondly, process as a clue, extracting the quality factors of the on-line scientific journal according to the different parts of the work flow of it, and they are resp ectively content quality, appearance quality, dissemination quality and service quality. The next, this paper respectively analyzed their meaning and the quality standards of the four major components. Following the general-to-specific thought, this paper analyzed the new connotation of the quality of on-line scientific journal.
