摘　　要：概述日本书刊出版业现状,介绍固定零售价格制度、寄售业务模式和退货制度等日本出版业基本行业制度,并探讨日本出版业的发展趋势。Outline the status quo of Japanese book and magazine industries; introduce some basic industry practices such as resale price maintenance system, consignment sales system and returning policies; and explore the developing tendency of Japanese publishing industry.
