摘　　要：支气管哮喘是一种气道慢性炎症性疾病。他汀类药物是临床最常用的调脂药物。大量研究显示，他汀类药物具有降脂之外的抑制炎症、抑制平滑肌细胞增生和免疫调节等作用。该文就他汀类药物在支气管哮喘治疗中可能的作用机制研究进展作一综述。Bronchial asthma （asthma） is a chronic airway inflammatory disease. Statins are the most commonly used lipid-lowering drugs. A large amount of studies demonstrate that statins have the effects of inhibiting inflammation, smooth muscle cell proliferation and immunomodulation in addition to decreasing cholesterol levels. This paper reviews on the possible mechanisms of statins in the treatment of asthma.
