摘 要:肺动脉高压(PH)是慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的重要并发症,也是COPD患者致死的主要原因之一,故及早控制肺动脉压力,可以改善患者的病程及预后。磷酸二酯酶-5抑制剂西地那非,能够有效地降低肺动脉压力和肺循环血管阻力,提高心输出量和心脏指数,改善心功能,从而用于特发性PH、血栓栓塞性PH、先天性心脏病等引起PH的治疗。但对COPD相关PH的治疗作用仍存在争议,需要大样本的研究资料加以证实。Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is an important complication of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and is one of the major causes of death in patients with COPD. So as soon as possible to control pulmonary artery pressure early, which can improve the course and the outcome of the patients with COPD. Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor, sildenafil can effectively reduce pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance, increase cardiac output and cardiac index and improve heart function. So it is used to treat idiopathic PH, thromhoembolic PH, and PH caused by congenital heart disease and other disease. However, the effect of sildenafil on COPD-related PH remains controversial, which requires a large sample of data to be confirmed.
