后路侧块钢板螺钉内固定治疗下颈椎骨折脱位

摘　　要：对 2 6例下颈椎骨折脱位患者行后路侧块钢板螺钉内固定融合及椎管成形术。结果术后 1例死亡 ,2 5例平均随访 2 5个月 ,其中 3例完全瘫痪者躯干感觉部分恢复 ,17例不全瘫者 JOA评分平均改善至 15 .8分 .提示后路侧块钢板螺钉内固定技术与传统的棘突钢丝等固定方法相比 ,具有复位精确、固定可靠、不影响椎管成形及脊髓减压等优点。cases of lower cervical vertebrae injury were treated by screw plates fixation on lateral mass and laminoplasty Results showed that l case was dead in postoperation,25 cases were followed up 25 months,3 patients with complete quartiplegia had limited recovery in sensation,17 cases with incomplete quartiplegia had improved to 15 8 according to JOA score,the average rate of improvment was 115% This suggests the technique which has some advantages of exact reduction,strong stability,the spinal decompression and laminoplasty,compares to the traditional spinous wire fixation [WT5”HZ]
