瓜蒌薤白类方治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察瓜蒌薤白类方治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:采用完全随机对照观察法,将受试患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组52例,对照组50例。治疗组服用瓜蒌薤白类方,与服用消心痛片的患者作对照。结果:中医症候疗效:治疗组的中医症候改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);心绞痛改善情况:治疗组的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);硝酸甘油用量情况:可减少硝酸甘油的用量,减少心绞痛的发作次数,其疗效优于消心痛组(P<0.05);心电图改善情况:治疗组的改善明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白类方治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效显著,且无明显毒副反应。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Gualou Xiebai Recipe and its Series on treating patients with angi- na peetoris. Methods： Using a completely randomized controlled observation, cases were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group, 52 patients in treatment group with angina pectoris were treated by Gualou Xiebai Recipe and its Series and the data were compared with that 50 patients in controlled group were treated by isosorbide. Results： TCM Syndrome： the im- prevement of symptoms complex of TCM was significantly superior to that in the control group （P〈0. 05） ; Angina peetoris cura- tive effect： the improvement of the treatment group was better than the controlled group （P〈O. 05）. The doses of nitroglycerin significantly decreased and the times of attacks were obviously reduced （ P〈0. 05 ） ; ECG in patients ： ECG of treatment group are better than the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The Gualou Xiebai Recipe and its Series is useful to the treatment of angina pectoris and without any side effect.
