苓桂术甘汤加味治疗常年性变应性鼻炎发作期痰饮上犯证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:系统观察苓桂术甘汤加味治疗常年性变应性鼻炎发作期痰饮上犯证的临床疗效。方法:105例常年性变应性鼻炎发作期痰饮上犯证患者随机分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(53例),前者予苓桂术甘汤加味口服,后者予氯雷他定片口服,疗程为14天。观察并记录治疗过程中两组患者临床症状、体征的变化。疗程结束后对积分进行统计学分析,判定疗效。结果:中药治疗组显效率为46.15%,总有效率为76.92%;西医对照组显效率为24.53%,总有效率为58.49%。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于常年性变应性鼻炎发作期痰饮上犯证,使用苓桂术甘汤加味治疗,疗效确切。Objective： Observing the therapeutic effect of Lingui Zhugan Decoction adding other Chinese herbs to treat phlegm retention pattern of Perennial allergic rhinitis （PAR） at attack stage. Methods： 105 patients phlegm retention pattern of PAR were randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases treated with herbal medicine as treatment group （TG） and 53 cases trea- ted with chemical drugs as controlled group （CG）. The period of treatment lasted two weeks for the patients in the two groups re- spectively. And further consultations regularly, observing the changes that the processing of symptoms, physical signs. Analy- zing the integral by statistics and the end of treatment period, and judging the therapeutic effects. Results： The excellence of treatment group was 46. 15% , and the total cure rate was 76. 92%. The excellence of controlled group was 24. 53%, and the to- tal cure rate was 58. 49%, all with very significant differences （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Using Lingui Zhugan Decoction adding other Chinese herbs to treat phlegm retention pattern of Perennial allergic rhinitis （PAR） at attack stage has a determined cura- tive effect.
