摘 要:运用主成分方法,结合模糊数学的处理思路,以中国农业自由贸易系统、资源环境系统作为分析的基础,测算两系统的协调数值,可发现从2008年开始,中国农业贸易的逆差在扩大,而农业贸易与资源环境之间的协调程度却在恶化。究其原因:首先,中国2001年已经进入WTO,但出口农产品的生产方式仍然表现为粗放型的生产方式。其次,中国当前出口农产品结构中污染密集型农产品的比重依旧占有较大的比重,出口农业的贸易结构并没有太大的变化。最后,中国农业贸易自由化短期内减少了农业的就业机会,而且通过结构效应和技术效应还加剧了中国资源环境质量地恶化。On the basis of the principal components analysis and ambiguity synthetic judgment, this paper studies the harmonious analysis of Agricultural free trade and resources environment in China. From 2008, this paper found that the agricultural trade deficit has been in the expansion, and the coordination degree of the agricultural trade and resources environment has been getting worse. Investigates its reason; first, the exporting production method of agricultural products has been a extensive model from 2001 ; second, the pollution intensive agricultural proportion still has a larger proportion to the structure of exports in China; third, the agricultural trade liberalization is reducing the agricultural job opportunities shortly, and it also exacerbates the quality of natural resources and environment with the structure effect and technology effect in China.
