摘  要:精炼炉炼钢是炼钢流程的重要一环,它是对电弧炉冶炼的钢水进行二次加工。但其能耗较高。为了解决这一问题,就需要对精炼炉供电系统模型进行研究,找到最佳的节能方案。其中,电弧模型是精炼炉供电系统的难点。重点介绍了电弧模型的建立,构建了基于混合机理的精炼炉供电系统模型,此模型对三相电极的优化控制有较好的指导性作用。Steelmaking by refinery furnace is an important part of the steelmaking process. It is the secondary processing of molten steel smelt in electric arc furnace. But its energy consumption is higher. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to study the refining furnace power supply system model to find out the optimum energy saving scheme. Electric arc model is a difficulty of refining furnace power supply system. The establishment of the electric arc model is emphasized. The refinery furnace power supply system model based on the mixing mechanism has been established. The model has guidance effect on optimizing control of the three-phase electrode.
