急性上呼吸道感染致低血钾性瘫痪20例临床分析

摘　　要：2006～2012年收治急性上呼吸道感染致低血钾性瘫痪患者20例,男15例,女5例;年龄15～53岁,平均35岁。平素健康。四季发病。以发热、流涕、鼻塞、咽痛、轻度咳嗽等上呼吸道感染为首发症状,或伴有四肢酸痛。1～3天后出现双下肢瘫痪,可有上肢瘫痪或呼吸肌麻痹。From 2006 to 2012, we have ac- cepted and treated twenty patients with a- cute upper respiratory tract infection in- duced by hypokalemia palsy. Now our analy- sis is as following： Clinical data： 15 male and 5 female;age is from 15 to 53 and aver- age age is 35. These patients are all health- y. This disease could onset in four seasons, with upper respiratory tract infections as ini- tial symptom such as fever, running nose, nasal obstruction, pharyngalgia, mild cough, or with pain of the limbs. One to three days later, paralysis of both lower limbs may occurred, or upper extremities and respiratory muscle paralysis.
