四物合剂治疗56例卵巢早衰的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨四物合剂治疗卵巢早衰的效果。方法:将卵巢早衰患者56例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予口服四物合剂治疗,对照组给予口服激素替代治疗。结果:两组治疗后,血清FSH、LH水平下降,E2水平上升,临床症状显著改善(P<0.05)而以治疗组更显著(P<0.01)。结论:应用四物合剂治疗卵巢早衰疗效好,对患者症状改善明显。Objective：To analyze the efficacy of Si wu mixture for Premature Ovarian Fail- ure. Methods： The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The eases were given Si wu mixture in the treatment group and Hormone Replacement Therapy in the control group. Results：Two groups patients after treatment, Serum FSH, LH levels were decreased, E2 levels were increased, symptoms improved significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. the treatment group is much better than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： A better therapeutic out- come can be reached t＇or Premature Ovarian Failure by Si wu mixture .
